Hiring: Healthcare Sector Change Agent

We’re hiring a Healthcare Sector Change Agent to help us grow our business in the healthcare sector, especially among pharmaceutical companies. You will guide our clients in understanding patients and healthcare professionals and in building more effective ways of working. Using service design, business design, and problem solving, you will help our clients to transform so they can succeed in the healthcare industry of tomorrow. This is a senior-level position and we are seeking candidates with deep knowledge of the business side of the healthcare industry.

What you will do

Help scale our offering across multiple pharmaceutical client companies
Develop our services to cater to new needs in the pharmaceutical sector
Discover new avenues to promote our services among pharmaceutical companies
Help our pharma clients navigate re-organizations and build new ways of working
Manage projects, create timetables and budgets, and ensure everything is delivered on schedule (with top quality)

What we'd like you to possess

Deep insight into the business side of the healthcare industry and particularly pharmaceutical companies - experience working with healthcare sector organizations, and particularly speciality care, is a big plus
Experience working with patient and customer journeys
Great skills in project management and the ability to independently run projects
Design thinking education or practical experience
Analytical thinking and the willingness to make bold conclusions out of boundless information
Experience working with Agile or SCRUM frameworks is a benefit (but not necessary - you’ll learn along the way!)
