Hiring: Healthcare Change Management Consultant

We’re hiring a Healthcare Change Management Consultant to help us grow our business in the healthcare sector, especially among pharmaceutical companies. You will guide our clients in understanding the needs of patients and healthcare professionals and in building more effective ways of working. Using facilitation, service design, business design, and problem solving, you will help our clients to transform so they can succeed in the healthcare industry of tomorrow.

What you will do

Build and maintain collaborative relationships and networks for improved health
Facilitate teamwork and collaborative networks
Support teams to define bottlenecks across different healthcare journeys and innovate solutions to them
Help our pharma clients navigate re-organizations and build new ways of working
Manage projects and create timetables & budgets
Develop our services to cater to new needs in the pharmaceutical sector

What we require for this position

A solid understanding of the Finnish healthcare environment and health ecosystem, including its high-level functionality and key stakeholders from basic research to the delivery of care
Curiosity and a desire to learn new things
An entrepreneurial mindset, seeing opportunities where others see challenges - as well as the ability to create solutions to these opportunities
Fluency in both Finnish and English

Qualifications we'd like to see from you

Experience working with healthcare sector organizations - understanding of the research field is a plus
Facilitation skills
Service design experience is desirable
Great skills in project management and the ability to independently run projects
An open and enthusiastic mind and a willingness to learn new things
Experience working with Agile or SCRUM frameworks is a plus (but not necessary - you’ll learn along the way!)
