The Synapsi mentoring program offers a unique opportunity for doctors interested in healthcare management. The goals of the program are to clarify the requirements of management, offer support in growing into the role of a leader, help you find your own leadership style, develop concrete ways to solve everyday challenges, and outline different career paths. In addition, the program enables networking with colleagues and other stakeholders interested in management.
The program lasts an academic year and consists of remote group mentoring meetings (6 x 2 hours) and training and networking events held in Helsinki (3 x afternoons). All meetings and events are organized during working hours.
We are now looking for healthcare professionals who are enthusiastic about leadership development, and mentors who want to share and develop their own expertise. The application period for the program is open during the summer of 2023.
